A veritable site of creation, Capocaccia's bakery opens up to you. Delicious aromas sharpen your appetite. Croissants, panini, focaccias, mini-focaccias in the guise of appetizers, "traditional-style" tomato and mozzarella pizzas, fruit pies… Every delicacy, fashioned by the on-site baker/confectioner, has been conceived, experimented and tested before being unveiled. Tradition, rigour and passion are the values of the Capocaccia brand. You enter a bakery and leave soon after with authentic gastronomical creations.

This is when Capocaccia opened its very own gourmet store in Geneva, subsequently transformed by its airline catering service into what would become the current bakery where Capocaccia’s bread, focaccias, pizzas, pies and other delicacies are produced daily by master baker/confectioners.
